Loading bays: technical specifications

 A "complete loading bay" consists of an industrial sectional door (often with standardized dimensions), a dock leveler, and a dock shelter. However, this does not limit the customer's choices; numerous variations are possible, such as the inclusion of a manual dock plate, "off-dock" positioning using a ramp platform, or the selection of a pedestrian door or high-speed door—either as an alternative or a supplement to the sectional door.

- CSS Standard Dock Seals

Suitable for sealing vehicles against loading bays where the dock level is raised relative to the outside ground. Recommended for warehouses operating at ambient temperature. Model CSS Standard dimensions: width 3400 mm x height 3500 mm x projection 600 mm. 

- Granfreddo CSCU cushion-style seals

Suitable for low-temperature food warehouses. The vehicle opening seals against the cushions, ensuring maximum thermal continuity between the vehicle interior and the warehouse.

- CST Ground-Level Dock Seals 

Suitable for sealing vehicles when the warehouse floor is at the same level as the exterior area. The inclusion of a bottom flap helps prevent vehicle exhaust fumes from entering the warehouse.

- CSC Swivel and Corner Dock Shelters 

Essential when space constraints make it impossible to position vehicles perpendicular to the loading bays. Swivel tunnels, in particular, allow for the loading of vehicles parked parallel to the building, thanks to the ability to open to the right or left at angles ranging from 0° to 90°.
